Crazy drivers

Portugal is known for being one of the EU countries with more deaths due to car accidents. That won't surprise anyone who drives everyday on our streets. But here's a case that someone told me some days ago that shows how people just don't respect the most basic traffic rules! That person who told me the story said he saw once a car that was stopped at a red light, with one more car between him and the traffic light. Suddenly, maybe he became tired of waiting and so he drives over the sidewalk and passes the red light right into the crossing street!
